The new-generation HTC40B CNC Horizontal Lathe is capable of machining shaft and disc components, turning threads, circular arcs, cones, as well as internal and external curved surfaces of rotary bodies, enabling high-efficiency, mass and high-precision machining of rotary parts. The design realizes reasonable stiffness matching of key components including the spindle, bed and tailstock, which greatly enhances the rigidity of the whole machine and guarantees stability during heavy cutting. Accordingly, the machining accuracy of external cylindrical surfaces can reach IT6～IT7 grade. As a general-purpose machine tool, it is particularly suitable for high-efficiency, mass and high-precision machining of rotary parts in automotive, motor, bearing, hydraulic and other industries.
